Procrastination. Over-eating. Spending and shopping addictions. Kristin has heard it all. There are small ways, and massive, often serious ways, through which humans stand in their own way. Blocking yourself from living an authentic, peaceful life is no joke. In this podcast, we explore the ways we cope with stress, anxiety, often in ways that end up hurting us, and others. 

We use our breath, our innate strength instead of engaging in maladaptive behavior. Consciousness is like a flashlight, shining on the self-sabotaging ways we destroy ourselves.
