And when we're receiving information about the heart of our issues - when we're able to have more clarity of what the root of that issue is - our light grid in the Akasha starts to shift. That's what creates energy healing, and we can take that information and really integrate it into the third dimension of consciousness, which is what we perceive as reality. When we're working in the Akashic Records, that is the fifth dimension of consciousness. So we're able to take this divine wisdom and energy and pull it back to where we are in this present, physical space."
