Chef Yia Vang is the newest wildly talented and frequently referenced individual to be immortalized on our airwaves, but this is only one of approximately 1000 things this man has been up to in recent weeks. He was at the Beard's after being nominated for best chef midwest, competed in a brand new Iron Chef episode for Netflix, launched a dope new podcast called Hmonglish, and announced his new residency for Vinai at Steady Pour in Minneapolis. That's some serious hustle.
