As a female executive juggling a 9 to 5
and attempting to find the appropriate work life balance can be a challenge, if
you’re not skilled in effectively managing the prospects of your time. This can
especially be true if you consider yourself a classic overachiever.

According to a study co-authored by
Forbes and KPMG it finds 75% of female executives across industries have
experienced imposter syndrome in their careers, which is a feeling of
inadequacy and self-doubt that makes them continuously doubt if they are qualified
enough for the job.

Despite having education,
certifications, and training, it is hard for them to feel comfortable with who
they are and see their worth. Hence, they tend to work long hours to try to
prove themselves, are afraid to ask questions or ask for help, and may avoid
speaking up or asking for challenging jobs.

For Executive Leadership Coach Lisa

tactics, and masterful partnership to enact transformative life and business
changes. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), ICF Mentor Coach,
Speaker, Coach-Trainer, and founder of LP Coaching and Consulting, which offers
designer coaching to clients such as Google execs, start-up founders, and
entrepreneurs.

When she isn’t leading a coach-training
program, deep-diving with clients, or teaching a workshop, she’s traveling the
world with her husband (pre-2020), chasing her two cats, or hosting community
connection.

After only 7 years as an entrepreneur in
the Coaching Industry, I have reached Mastery-level certification and impact -
half the time it typically takes to obtain your Master Certified Coaching
credential. As a former high-level athlete and a recovering over-achiever, I
understand what it takes to perform and accomplish.

But after 10 years of personal
development, I now know and embody the Art of Achievement - the art of
following your heart, creating wealth, delivering impact, and expanding your
joy.

She joined me this week to tell me more.
