With his fourth championship secured and 1stfinals MVP under his belt there is no denying the fact Stephen Curry is one of the greatest players of his generation.

“This one hits different for sure, just knowing what the last three years have meant, what it's been like from injuries to changing of the guard in the rosters,” said Curry. “… I can say it now, I don't know how many teams could carry that as long as we have with the expectations of comparing us now to teams of past and make it to the mountaintop again." How should we now view Curry’s legacy?

Meanwhile for the Boston Celtics despite the fact they didn’t win it all they did conquer one of their nemeses by winning the Eastern Conference. However, Boston superstar Jayson Tatum struggled under the big lights of the NBA Finals.

The Celtics reflect on the critical learning point of all.

“It's hard,” said Jayson Tatum, who joined Larry Bird and LeBron James as the only players in NBA history to amass at least 600 points, 150 rebounds, and 125 assists in a single postseason. “It's hard getting to this point. It's even harder getting over it, the hump, and winning it. It's been a long journey, a long process. That's what I took from it: it's tough. You got to take it up another level to do what we want to do.”

And then there is the business of the offseason. The draft, free agency, and the business of getting better for all 30 teams. Which starts this Thursday during the 2022 NBA Draft. To help us make sense of all of it, I enlisted the expertise and  insights of Mark Medina an NBA Reporter for NBA.com and NBATV. Who joined me this week to recap the NBA Finals and look ahead towards a busy offseason.
