In this wine special, we focus on mindfulness and what it means to us. Moving far away from popular Bali retreats, we focus on how being in control of emotions allows us to be more sustainable, more self-aware and happy. Some of the topics we discuss include origins of mindfulness, how it can translate to community building in the case of climate strikes and even current Polish protests. We also consider the impact that COVID-19 has had on our well-being and how mindfulness has served as a remedy.
