 About Debra:

I’m Debra Woog (pronounced like “Vogue”). I work from my home office in Arlington, MA, as my two terrific teenagers attend school. By nature, I am a connector and a community builder. Connection and community are essential in a crisis. As a leader who has navigated my own unanticipated challenges, I know first-hand the value of smart, collaborative expertise, especially for women who feel solo in life or work. As supremely capable as we are, we are even better when we cross difficult roads together.

With a B.A. in psychology from Wellesley College and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, I am able to provide both emotional and practical underpinnings for problem-solving, including research, resource matching, and communication strategy. I’m here for you.
