Curtis McGrath is a former combat engineer and champion paralympic canoeist. In this episode, Curtis shares with us the story of losing both his legs to an IED in 2012 while on tour in Afghanistan and the journey to turning that tragedy into triumph, going on to win a gold medal at the 2016 Rio Paralympics. Curtis also gives us insight into his preparations for the Tokyo games, how COVID has affected his training, as well as a glimpse into what the future might hold for him.
