Chloé Valdary — An Antiracism Program That Fights Bigotry Instead Of Spreading It

Chloé Valdary couldn’t find any antiracism training that didn’t ultimately spread more bigotry and hatred so she started The Theory of Enchantment—an innovative framework for compassionate antiracism that combines social emotional learning (SEL), character development, and interpersonal growth as tools for leadership development in the boardroom and beyond.
In just a few short years, Chloé has taught The Theory of Enchantment to high school and college students, government agencies, business teams, and more in many countries around the world. Chloé is super smart and wise and I’m honored to have her on the show today.
