Our FINAL ENTRY in the "Politics, UGH!" theme as Ashley introduces Graham to the 2006 political comedy, Idiocracy. Co-written by Mike Judge (known for masterpieces like Office Space, Bevis and Butt-head, and King of the Hill) and Etan Cohen (known for trash fires Get Hard and Tropic Thunder), this film is wildly remembered for its amazing open...and very little else. A great premise with an absolutely horrible execution, this film stars a very "hot at the moment" Luke Wilson, Maya Rudolph, Dax Shepard and a slew of other Mike Judge regulars, and tackles the dumbing down of America 500 years in the future, and how the world's most average man must save the planet. But don't worry, this podcast has electrolytes. It's what plants crave.
