As they say, Self Love is the most important love! In this episode, super guest Tanja Begenisic, Hatha, Flow, Restorative Yoga Teacher, Reiki Healer and Manager of Bliss Yoga Studio shares why she's such a stand for Self Love. As an organizer of Love Yourself Yoga Retreats around Ontario (soon to be international!), Tanja witnesses the profound level of transformation that happens when people take the time to focus on directing love their own way. While taking bubble baths and getting massages are beautiful expressions of self love, Tanja explains there is also a lot more to the practice. Deep self love looks like connecting to and holding your inner child, exploring activities you're passionate about, accepting yourself and all of your humanity, setting healthy boundaries, radical responsibility for your own life, and releasing all that does not serve you.
