Today we have Muir v Alberta, a decision from the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta. Our first disability law decision, it deals with a woman who was sexually sterilized by the Alberta government as a child in the 1950's through their eugenics program. Before Karly takes you through this devastating case, Z and K chat how the law has failed disability, how apologies mean nothing without action, and how we all can do better.
