Like you, school transformation expert and innovator Joe Erpelding has seen the world of education reform defined in numerous ways over the years. Is it 1:1 technology? PBL? The four C’s? College and Career Ready? Is it really just another pendulum swing? Or, is there a different story? With over two decades of real-life, in-the-trenches learning experience, from Instructional Assistant to Campus Principal, his view is radically different. Joe shares with his peers that school transformation is about people and not about programs, fads or experts. Transformation happens in learning organizations that fail forward, are audacious, and provide proof. It’s how we should live our life. Joe Erpelding covers topics in K-12, HigherEd and life. Episodes uncover personal stories from students, parents, researchers and entrepreneurs, all with the common thread of trying to find their way. Listen in to gain insight. Learning: it's personal.
