In this episode, I sit down with a highly influential to me sports coach from my teenage years into college. This session is a two-parter, so make sure to listen to both episodes to get the whole picture. This episode outlines the definition of fencing along with the basic rules, history, training, discipline, community, and recommendations for those interested in the sport of fencing.
