The throat chakra is where our authentic voice and faith and understanding combine.  When the throat chakra is out of balance we have difficulty speaking our truth or expressing ourselves. When it is in balance, we follow our dreams and speak our truth, we listen to our inner voice and say what we mean and mean what we say. Life Lesson: To speak and receive the Truth.
