The key to this is to understand the power of establishing oneself as an authority. So, what does it mean to actually be the authority in your industry and why is it so important?

To be an authority you need to niche down. Get clear on what you want and where you want to go. Find the business model that suits your lifestyle. Then create a system and workflow. By doing this you will be able to bring in the right leads and make the right sales regardless of how competitive the industry is.
