Success Coach, Nicola Wilkes, works with women in the creative and design industry, showing them how to take their business from good to great. With a design career spanning two decades working for designer furniture retailers, writing for global interiors magazines such as Elle Decoration and creating, running and successfully selling her own interiors brand and lifestyle store, House Envy - which was granted Cool Brand Status two years running - Nicola shares all of her learnings from two decades with her high achieving clients so they too can reach the same levels of career success.

Crista met Nicola on Necker Island, where almost every day they had a chance to connect over sunsets on their shared balcony and realize they are both seriously passionate about helping women entrepreneurs achieve their biggest dreams.

Pairing her decades of experience in the creative space and her accreditation by the International Coaching Federation, Nicola works with women in the creative and design space to help them realize they can be creative AND have a successful business.
