Jeff has some great advice for us today on getting out of debt and investing in multiple avenues, including real estate. He tells us to start investing even if you do have debt, create multiple income streams, even while you are paying off your debt. In talking about investing in real estate, Jeff says to make sure you form a relationship with those you are investing and find out their background and past investing successes/failures. Jeff’s last piece of sound advice is to never invest in anything you don’t understand.
