David has helped so many people over the years buy and sell businesses and has learned that buying a business instead of starting a business is an easier way to go. If a business already has cash-flow and just needs an adjustment in marketing or operations that is much easier than having to start a business ground up. Also, David tells us that franchises often have too many hands in the cookie jar, so to speak, and can be tricky with the language used in contracts that can potentially become a really bad deal.
