Leafy was delighted to talk with Principal of The Bond/Bright Group, Jane Bond.  Jane brings an extensive and eclectic background in finance, entertainment, interior design, international travel, coaching, podcasting and luxury real estate to our audience this week. With such a wide variety of experience in so many different fields, we could literally ask Jane just about anything, but in this interview, we wanted to know -  how do you break into the high-end real estate market? To that, Jane answered, you don’t break in, you grow into that market. You have to educate yourself and understand your clientele.  Understand who you are catering to and make sure to always be “on” and present yourself as successful to your perspective clients.  Know the market, know the surrounding areas, understand what your client avatar is looking for, whether it be a secondary home, investment property, etc.  Jane’s lasting piece of advice is that if you see it works for your customer, why shouldn’t it work for you?  Always make sure to invest your own money into what is working well for your clients. Don’t forget about yourself.
