The article is linked here: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/traversing-the-inner-t...

Leadosophy On The Road: "Competence in Craft"

November 20, 2020 00:00 - 12 minutes - 17.3 MB

In our first episode of Leadosophy On The Road (OTR), Tim discusses competence in craft, specifically how a leader's technical competence can increase his or her effectiveness as a leader. How does one know how to lead if one has never experienced leadership? Tim also discusses one of his own leadership failures in the milit...

What about when we throw our opinions around haphazardly, e.g.., on social media? Can w...

November 13, 2020 00:00 - 17 minutes - 14.3 MB

I chose to work today because I “have to make money”. This is an assumption I have. This assumption came from somewhere (macroeconomics textbooks, life experience, my parents, etc.). This assumption did not emerge from nowhere. How many assumptions do we make everyday about others? Where did these come from? Are they accurate? Coul...
