185: Protect your Energy

We continue to talk about ENERGY!

If you have been listening to the podcast recently you have heard me talk about ways to boost your energy and how I am leveraging biohacking to help me have vibrant energy. This week I want to talk more about protecting our energy. It doesn't matter what you do to generate more energy, if you don't protect your energy, all that effort will be, well, kind of useless and might leave your frustrated or thinking that nothing is working. Here are some of the strategies that have helped me protect my energy.
