172: The people you need in your career squad

You are on the driver seat of your career. I personally believe you get to design, build and drive your career. But just like a Formula 1 racer, while you are at the driver seat and you are the one crossing the finish line, you can't win the race without a team behind you, supporting you, guiding you, cheering you up, pushing you forward.
