160: Get ready and get the most out of your performance review

December not only kicks off the very last countdown towards the end of the year but also the start of the Performance Review season in most companies. So I thought it might be a good idea to talk about how to prepare and get the most out of your performance review discussion this year. 

Whether you are a little nervous (totally normal!) or your are looking forward to the discussion with your manager (also normal), preparing for your discussion is key to ensure you can take the most out of it and help you continue to improve, grow and develop.
