Leaders Must Speak Up Against Injustice
“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.” Said many men, on many occasions.

TO WHOM DO YOU LEND YOUR VOICE UNTIL THEY FIND THEIRS?

Silence is often the greater evil. The act of knowing what to do or say and “staying out of it” is often more injurious than the act of evil itself. If you know to do right or to say right and your do or say nothing, are you any different than the perpetrator of wrong doing?

If you see someone kidnapping a child, stealing a purse, robbing a bank, trafficking a mother and child, selling drugs, stealing from the boss, harming an innocent in any way - is their not something natural inside of you which screams out against the injustice? How then could you remain still and silent?

We live in a generation when the mob mentality has silenced the majority of good people. A few threatening gestures or political posturing and the majority cowers in the corner. As leaders you have a responsibility to right.

We must speak up. We must show up and vote. We must speak the truth even when in popular. We must speak the truth at great risk. We must tell it like it is even when it costs us friends or instagram followers. Now is the time to be real with your own core values. To speak on behalf of those who cannot, those who would not, those who have not yet found their voice.

Leaders lead. So lead.
