Only when you do that will you be able to get everybody in alignment to your organization’s values and purpose. The best leaders embody their core values - they walk their talk and they don’t put themselves above others, but instead lead the way forward to their organization’s purpose. Leaders often think that there’s nobody in the office that’s better than them at what they do - and to some degree, you need to have some confidence in yourself to be a leader. However, in order to lead your people well, you need to be able to trust them and that takes humility and faith. One of the best customer experience tips that leaders could learn is to recognize that bigger opportunities can be discovered when leaders inspire their team to provide exemplary service, build better relationships with their customers and take the perspective of "the customer is always right”. Do this if you want to have a customer for a lifetime.
