Find out what is important to your client and focus on that. When you let your prospect know that you are there for them, this opens up a great relationship between you.
Technical details don’t motivate a prospect to buy and keep a policy but stories do. Tell stories that help them find and focus on their why. Learn as much as possible about your prospects and use appropriate stories. Keep notes on your prospects, then when you follow up with them you will remember them. This helps build amazing rapport and shows them that you care.
