It may not shock you to learn that women earn (and particularly women in senior roles) about 15% less than their male counterparts.

Whilst the Gender Pay Gap is complex and doesn't exist solely because women aren't asking for a pay rise,  women do need to be bold and push against injustice in the system.

In this episode Claudia gives extremely practical tips on how to get the pay rise you deserve.
