In this show, Chris interviews Chad Grenier, EVP NA Strategy, Agency Operations & Digital Transformation Lead Mosaic, North America. As of the top leaders in Mosaic, Chad manages a 1500 corporate workforce and 15000 field staff operators.

Why did Chad make such a quick decision even though he had a great job that he absolutely loved?
