Imposter syndrome is a psychological phenomenon that affects many people, regardless of their level of success or experience. It is characterized by a persistent fear of being exposed as a fraud or feeling like you don't belong in your field or position.

The reason why it happens in the first place is because our mind doesn't like change and wants to stay in the comfort zone, which leads us to what you need to do before the first step, which is to recognize it. You have to recognize it before you're able to start working on eliminating it. And the first step to eliminating it is by not comparing yourself to others, because you have a unique way of doing things that only you can do. The next step is to make a list of your past achievements, something that you can turn to whenever the negative feelings start creeping in.
