Alisha uses a non diet, holistic approach to mental, emotional, and physical health and well-being. Her out of the box approach helps her clients incorporate healthy lifestyle habits, find and maintain a healthy weight for their bodies without feeling deprived or restricted around food.


Alisha believes when we have healthier relationships to ourselves everything else in our lives everything else thrives as well.
