In this episode I talk to Tasneem Ali about challenges she experienced as an introvert in an office environment and what she did to connect with others in a way that felt genuine and safe for her. She talks about how to "offer a respectful space for others". She believes that psychologically safe environments are created by "building trust, showing empathy and putting a culture of integrity into practice."
