What is proof of location? Proof of location is like a mirror.  Our digital world is mirroring our physical world and what proof of location is trying to do is build a better, more accurate mirror in the digital world to better represent where things are in the real world.  

It's an exciting and complex field involving computer science, social science, law, finance, cryptography, mechanism design and software engineering.
