Network Connector with Jayne Griffiths

In this episode, #businessyoda and Amazon-Best-Selling Author Shannon Bush is back and today discussing the Network Connector Thrive Factor Archetype!  Shannon interviews Jayne Griffiths, who identifies as a Network Connector.

Shannon starts off by describing the characteristics of a Network Connector, and gives some advice about traversing this archetype.  Jayne tells us about her business Indigo Shift and explains what she does in her work. Jayne shares how she started working with Shannon and identifies her archetypes as the Inspirer Believer, Mentor Teacher, Advocate Rescuer, Shapeshifter Alchemist, and the Network Connector, as well as some of the challenges she’s faced with them and strengths she has because of them.

Jayne tells us more about her Network Connector, and how she enjoys networking and meeting people. She finds it very easy to connect people with each other; sharing that it seems like a natural thing to her, and describes it as a ‘map in her head’. She does admit, that networking can be tiring sometimes, and that networking connections can at times be shallow. She’s now dedicated herself to smaller networking groups so that she can create long and meaningful relationships. 

Shannon gives Jayne and the rest of us some advice about being a Network Connector and assures us that not everyone is an extrovert and that’s okay. Jayne gives us some tasty tidbits of advice to help other Network Connectors through their journey!
