Ripple and Valhil Capital's amicus brief in support of Ripple in its case against the SEC. The central question: is XRP a security? 

We think not. Most you of think not. And there is plenty of reason for that position. The only problem is that the SEC does not agree. What are the consequences of that disagreement? And what are the broader implications of SEC v. Ripple on the future of blockchain and cryptocurrency development.
