Norm opens the show debriefing the outcome of the Depp-Heard trial. Is the #MeToo movement dead?

Heard's testimony was not credible. She was not a spokesperson for the tenets of the #MeToo movement. There will be appeals. Among them, the judgment against Depp is perhaps the most likely to be overturned.

Norm is then joined by former judge and Connecticut mediator and arbitrator, Robert Holzberg.

Norm and Robert discuss the appointment process, whether there has ever been a non-attorney judge in Connecticut, and why it is important for the public to have confidence in the role of the judge in the judicial process.

Robert talks about his personal appointment experience, being an appointment of Governor William O'Neill in 1990 at the young age of 37.
