10:17 It's your responsibility to create more urgency in your offers so that you can see that increase in the business and most especially in revenue. 

10:40 There are actually two types of urgency that you need to consider when it comes to people buying now versus later or never came to types. The first type is the internal desire. 

14:09 The external circumstances when it comes to urgency are things outside of the consumer. 

14:42 These are circumstances that are currently in or around the market that can increase the urgency for somebody to buy. 

16:35 Notice how none of those external circumstances played into anything but notice how the purchase and the the activities that followed a purchase came after having the internal desire first.  

17:38 You have to think hard and focus on creating that internal desire in your consumers first, just like what we did in Launch Like A Queen. 

18:20 You need to have an offer that is so dialed in and truly meets and creates an internal desire for your avatar that you're trying to market to and bring into your ecosystem. 

19:00 You have to focus on meeting and matching the internal desire of your consumer first before you ever worry about applying additional or external circumstances that increase that urgency. 

19:35 I'm referencing this book that I read a long time ago. It is One Page Marketing Plan by Allan Dib. 

19:49 When you think about the market for your product or service, think about it in a pie chart divided by different percentages of people.  

21:04 If your marketing is doing what it's supposed to do, it will be a constant evolution and journey of moving people from one segment to another. 

21:50 External circumstances can increase that urgency and move somebody faster through that pipeline. 

22:38 You need to make your offer obviously so irresistible that it is already meeting an internal desire for a perfect avatar for your offer. 

23:12 But this season can take longer for some people versus others. That's another point that I want you to walk away with. 

23:43 With consistency, it becomes less about sales or discounts on launching, but more about the recognition and awareness around who you are and what you do. 

24:24 It’s all about your product and program. With my team, we built such great brand awareness around it that when doors did open or when we had a live launch, it didn't matter what fast action bonus we implemented or when we closed doors. 

25:35 People don't wait for premium things to go on sale. They just know that they're going to pay a premium price for a premium product.  

26:37 In our Launch Like A Queen, we leverage the live launch model to create those cash infusions in the business. But it's not just about that, and this is what many people miss. 

29:10 Whatever that urgency, it will not work if we don't meet that internal desire. If we don't activate that internal urgency for our avatars.

31:23 We have to be strategic about the layers of urgency of the external circumstances that you're applying to activate that buying partnership. 

32:26 The live launch model creates an environment where you can apply external circumstances to increase urgency and also increase that internal desire by serving them with high-value content.
