045: Pass the Laugh

Would you buy laughter from me or would instead pass a laugh?

I had a conversation with somebody from the clubhouse, who we were chatting about whether he would buy laughter from me because I’ve got a couple of courses that I sell laughter courses where people can have a laugh for themselves. I run through the different laughing exercises and get you into a good place. He said he wouldn’t buy laughter, but he would pass a laugh to someone and pay to pass laughter.

To help you pass laughter, I will be launching Comic Relief 2021. You’ll be able to go to a page and, just for a few dollars, pass a laugh on to three people. You’ll have the choice of a few different laughs to do, and you get the option to donate to the charity, which will be comic relief to start with. The bigger picture in my mind is that each month I run a different charity. I will begin to approach various charities to do with mindfulness, mental health, and all those sorts of things.

My goal is to bring laughter to a million people this year and raise money for charities that need help.
