In this episode, I will be giving an update of what I have been up to in the last couple of weeks; before I share that, I have a confession to make. I’m feeling super excited today! Can you guess why? My website and YouTube channels have a new look. They have had a massive facelift, and they look exquisite. Feel free to head there and be the judge.
The YouTube channel goes live on Friday, and I can assure you that you are I for a treat. I’ve spent a lot of time and energy creating some really good videos and it’s not just me laughing. Can you believe it? There are lots of different subject matters in there. I will cover a couple that is launching this Friday: Benefits of laughter, how to bring laughter into your company culture, and how it can benefit your company culture, laugh as a practice, and how laughter can support your mental health, and why laughter is essential for our mental health.
Do you believe good things happen to good people? Well, I believe I am a good person, and good things have been happening to me.
