Ep 187. Jamie Butler is Here to Share His Unpopular Opinions

LashBase is a very successful British lash brand that had plans to open its US branch back in March of 2020 just as....you know it...Covid hit. Instead of launching their new brand, where they had spent a large amount of money, they had to pack things up and head back home before the US or the UK shut down all travel.

Flash forward almost 2 years later and just now LashBase is launching their new venture.

Today Jamie Butler joins us to share a little about this crazy journey and how things are going with the US launch.

We are also excited to have Jamie on to discuss his "unpopular opinions" (and we share ours too). Normally Jamie on his hugely popular IG page asks you to share your unpopular opinions about the lash industry but today we got Jamie to agree to share his unpopular opinions.

We had so much fun that we ended up recording enough content for two episodes. In today's episode you'll just get the first part of our discussion and then next week we'll release part 2 of our interview where we spend the whole episode discussing our unpopular opinions.

This was a very fun episode for us and hopefully, we'll see you next week for part 2 when we unpack even more unpopular opinions.
