Ep 138. LashCon Update - What Makes This Conference So Unique?

Being different can be scary (which explains a lot about my life). When we started Integrity Lash back in 2006, we made a conscious decision to not follow the pack. We wanted our business to be different in as many ways as possible.

When we decided to do LashCon a few years back we once again decided we didn't want our lash conference to feel and look like every other conference.

We wanted the event to all about the attendee and not the speakers (we have no special tables for speakers, we don't give awards to our speakers...etc). This event was first for the attendees and the speakers are invited to come and serve the greater lash community.

In this episode today, Paul breaks down all the areas that make LasCon unique and different from all the other conferences you might be looking at. We hope you'll be inspired to rethink how you do business and maybe be a little more brave not to follow the pack. Over the years doing our own thing has really served us well.
