Day 43 Quarantine- The State is Allowing You to Open Your Salon...Now It's Time to Raise Your Prices

Welcome to Day 43 of the LashCast Lockdown! You can see light at the end of the tunnel and it looks like we will be working again soon in our salons...in fact maybe you are already back at work. Finally, we can begin to make some money again.

When we talk to some lash stylists, we keep hearing a trend that has us a little concerned. Some lash stylists feel they need to offer a discount when their clients come back. Say it isn't so Joe or Betty or whatever you name is.

In this episode, we cover why discounting your service now is not the right strategy. In fact, what you really need to think about is raising your prices.

We do get a little "mathy" in this episode but when you are done listening, you'll know how to calculate what your costs per hour are and what you need to charge so you can make a 15% profit with every month.

We also explain how you should raise your prices in the coming days. It's not as hard as you think.
