THE LASH AWARDS ARE OPEN TO SUBMISSIONS

We want you to apply for the 2nd annual Lashie Awards! If you have a lash business, then you need to apply and see how your business stacks up against other business owners.

To be eligible, you need the following:

- Your business opened by January 1, 2022
- Your business is in the lash industry
- You completely fill out the applicant information portion of this form
- You completely fill out the essays for the categories you want to enter
- You paid the non-refundable $75 processing fee for the online application
- Submit photos if submitting for best salon design
- Submit photos/images if submitting for the best marketing

If you qualify, you need to pick one of two divisions to be in.

The cost to submit an application is $75.
