I have really grown tired of the endless amount of DMs I get from you "busy" lash artists asking me for advice on how to get rid of all these high-paying clients that book out for years in your schedule. I know it's tough for you. That said in today's episode we want to offer some help and encouragement to those lash artists who are still struggling to get their books filled up.

If you are struggling to get your books full, we know your pain. When Tussanee first started doing lashes in 2005, nobody knew what lash extensions were. She had to give away the service for free after doing a facial just to get the client to try (it was like selling crack...they were instantly hooked).

Today our new friend Ivy Bailey shares how she built her business after she moved to a town and knew only one person. That could be a death sentence to a lot of lash artists' careers but Ivy rose up to the challenge. After hustling for 6 months her books were full and she had a 3-month waitlist. This didn't happen by accident or good luck. Ivy had some great business practices that helped her to create loyal clients who became her lash evangelists.
