I disagree with this. We do not have to enforce students to serve the community! You know what? Force them would make a bad feeling. And then, they would never join the volunteer community after graduation. Also, students would express an unpleasant attitude during working in the community. Of course, they do that because they are enforced there to serve. I am afraid it would cause the college a not good impression on the community. So, please do not do that!
