Nicola has a PhD in computational biology from MIT,  is a mom of 3, and is the author of the book No Period Now What? A Guide to Regaining your cycles and improving your fertility. As you’ll hear on the show today, Nicola’s personal experience with and subsequent research into hypothalamic amenorrhea planted the seed for this powerful and informative book.
