Jillian Axelrod, student, writer, and activist, joins us to share her journey into body positivity and self-acceptance. Although Jillian may not identify primarily as a runner, she has a long, and at times tumultuous, history with running and exercise, which she opens up about during this episode. Jill also bravely shares the tragic experience of losing her best friend and how she has been moving through the world and facing her grief since her passing. Jillian continues to work toward greater self-acceptance and strengthen her knowledge of body positivity, while sharing everything she's learning on her Instagram account @bopo_blossom.
