Abby Bales is the founder of Reform Physical Therapy in NYC where she specializes in pelvic floor prehabilitation and rehabilitation. Abby is a lifelong athlete, marathoner, and a mother of two. She has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University. Abby strives to treat clients in the clinical setting and enable women to return to sports and fitness empowered and with confidence. In this episode we discuss Abby’s relationship with running, her career, how women can maintain strong pelvic health, and the long term consequences of hypothalamic amenorrhea.
