It will be tough to make the changes and to change your old eating habits, but you can do anything for 3 months and you will realize just how amazing this is for you. If you are sick and tired of where you are, make the commitment to make the change today!


Your taste buds will adapt and you will find the food enjoyable once you get your palate back to where it is supposed to be. All food in its natural state has so much flavor.


You may experience withdrawals the first week but I promise, it will pass.


Figure out what works best for you and do that. It has to be sustainable and a lifestyle not just a temporary diet.

Eat healthy basic food made in the simplest way - mostly plant based. Stay away from processed food.
Exercise at least 5 days a week, even if its walking 30 minutes a day everyday
Get some fresh air and sunshine daily, even if its just going and sitting outside (I know its winter andthere is no sun some places but go outside even for a few minutes)
Drink at least 8 glasses of water and cut out all sugary drinks and stimulant drinks
Get enough sleep - figure out how much sleep you need a night and adjust your sleep scheduleaccordingly.
Maintain a healthy mind (refer to Stewardship of the mind)
Maintain a healthy spiritual life (refer to Stewardship- a vibrant spiritual life)
