This week I speak with Dr. Bláthnaid Carlin, a truly inspiring lady. We revisit her early years and learn what it was like growing up as a self-professed ‘Geek, who was naturally ambitious.  What influenced her decision to enter the medical profession?

Bláthnaid very bravely shares her medical struggles in becoming a mum, the love she has for her children: Michael and Grace and her three babies which she carries in her heart today.

We chat trauma and how we must allow ourselves permission to acknowledge to overcome and sometimes we need to be brave and ask for help to do so.

Finding your tribe & how valuable it is to recognise this from a young age, if we did we might change our internal thinking and allow us to stand into our spotlight much earlier in life.

Bláthnaid dreamed of delivering a TEDx talk and that dream becomes a reality next week!
